Philosophy
The King College of Professional Studies was established by Adams and Washington University for the purpose of providing high quality, accredited degrees for health care professionals who cannot take time from their busy personal and professional schedules to attend traditional classes, that often require time off from work or away from family in order to attend class at a specified time.
The University offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in Healthcare Management and Administration, which are underwritten by the Non-Profit Educational Foundation and Trust - The mission is to provide every qualified working professional a quality education with all tuition covered by scholarships and outside funding. These are not the controversial guaranteed student loans where students are in substantial debt when they graduate, but scholarships and external funding that do not have to be repaid. At AWU we operate on unrestricted scholarships with no strings attached, no hidden fees or charges.
